Content Guidelines

Acceptable use and platform compliance

Last updated: June 22, 2026

These Content Guidelines apply to all content you create, schedule, or publish through Postrun, Inc. ("Postrun") — the Postrun API, MCP, and dashboard (the "Service"). They supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you make the Service available to your own end users, you are responsible for ensuring they follow these guidelines.

1. Platform compliance

Postrun publishes on your behalf to third-party platforms. You — and any end users you serve — must comply with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of every connected platform, including but not limited to:

Postrun will not facilitate content or activity that violates a connected platform's policies.

2. Prohibited content & activity

You may not use the Service to create, schedule, or publish:

  • Illegal or harmful content — anything unlawful, or that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or illegal goods.
  • Child safety violations — any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. Zero tolerance; reported to authorities.
  • Hate, harassment, or abuse — content attacking people based on protected characteristics, or targeted harassment.
  • Spam & platform manipulation — bulk, repetitive, or deceptive posting; fake engagement; or evading platform limits.
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content — scams, impersonation, or undisclosed paid/branded content where disclosure is required.
  • Intellectual-property infringement — content you do not hold the rights or licenses to publish (including music).
  • Abuse of the Service — attempting to circumvent security, rate limits, or a platform's required publishing experience.

3. Enforcement

We act on violations proportionately, and we cooperate with platform requirements:

  • Warning — for a first or minor issue, we notify you and ask you to correct it.
  • Suspension — for repeated or serious issues, we may suspend the affected connection, feature, or account.
  • Termination — for severe or persistent violations, we may terminate access. Illegal content, child-safety violations, or activity that endangers our platform access result in immediate termination.

4. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, email hello@postrun.ai with the subject "Content Appeal." We review appeals within a few business days and will explain the outcome.

5. Changes

We may update these Guidelines; we will post the new effective date here.
